1. Purpose
These terms of use govern access to and use of the Reflet mobile app, published by a private individual on a non-professional basis. Installing or using the app constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
2. Description of the service
Reflet lets you log your mood daily, track custom criteria and view analyses (history, correlations, reports, video recaps). Some advanced features are reserved for subscribers (paid plan).
Reflet is not a medical device and provides no diagnosis. If you are in psychological distress, contact a healthcare professional or emergency services.
3. User account
Creating an account requires a valid email address or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
4. Subscription and payment
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription, managed through the Apple and Google stores and billed according to the terms of the store used. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, directly from your store settings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Reflet for its intended purpose and not to attempt to alter how it works, to extract its data by unauthorized automated means, or to use it fraudulently.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its code, its design and its visual signature are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of the publisher.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app or via our account deletion page. The publisher may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms.
8. Liability
The publisher uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and reliability of the service, without any guarantee that it will be free of interruption or error. Use of the app is at your own risk.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. Any substantial change will be notified to you within the app.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, subject to any mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
