Delete my account

You can delete your Reflet account and all your data at any time, in one of two ways.

From the app

Open Reflet → Profile tab → Data section → Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm before permanent deletion.

Without access to the app

Email us from the address associated with your account at contact@getreflet.app with “Account deletion” as the subject. We process these requests within 30 days at most.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• All your mood entries and custom criteria
• Your notes and generated reports
• Your preferences and profile data
• Your profile at our subscription (RevenueCat) and analytics (PostHog) providers

Deletion is immediate; any backup copies are gone within 30 days at most.

Information tied to an active subscription remains managed by Apple or Google under their respective terms; deleting your Reflet account does not automatically cancel an active subscription on the store — remember to cancel it separately from your store settings if needed.
